I can't believe that October is so close! A little over a month and we will be in Portland with one of our favorite couples. I've never been to Portland and I just have a feeling I'll never want to leave.
Although San Francisco has been extra wonderful lately. Beautiful days, the Giants!, and our lovely neighborhood.
Have you visited the Arguello house yet?

hello

oh hello sweet blog.
I've been so neglectful. I blame summer. This was my first summer free from working since I was in highschool. I am so thankful for Kris for working and letting me be lazy for supporting us so that we could go on so many adventures. This summer was full of weddings, trips, concerts, houseboat 2012, river time, dinners, visitors, you name it. And we celebrated our three year anniversary. Life is sweet.

off the grid-food truck night

I was looking forward to this all week! Off the Grid SF in the upper haight. I met my brother there and we circled the whole thing at least three times because we couldn't decide what to order. Every food truck offers something different and wonderful.
I finally decided on a vietnamese sandwich (really good, huge, the bread was a little too crunchy for me and my braces but still worth it). My brother ordered an amazing Brie sandwich with homemade fries. We shared a homemade twinky  for dessert. I want to try some filipino dishes next time.
 Food coma for sure.

Ok! Off to work on a paper. I've been so nervous to write the two page essay because I haven't written anything for school in over five years. Sometimes it's hard to be a late bloomer:)

front porch

We had dinner at front porch this last weekend.
So much fun!

We ordered alot of food and shared of course.

on our table:

~fried green tomatoes with shrimp remoulade~
~corn dog with homemade tator tots~
~fried pickles with tabasco aioli~
~fried chicken~
~mac and cheese~
~red beans and rice with sausage~
~fried okra~
~sea food special~
and
~white sangria~

needless to say we all were in a food coma after.

I highly recommend the apps!
the corn dog was THE best corndog i've had.
and the fried chicken was to die for.

happy eats!
